You must register with the Matjrah platform to use the service and benefit from it by entering your full name as it appears in official documents, current address, mobile number, and valid email address. Matjrah reserves the right to reject any account creation request or cancel an account for any reason, under the granted powers.

The store owner is responsible for keeping their store password secure. Matjrah is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from forgetting or failing to secure the password by the store owner.

Matjrah reserves the right to use the email address and mobile number as a means of communication or to send you important offers.

The store owner is responsible for all activities and content in their store, including data, graphics, images, and uploaded links.

When the merchant uses the payment methods available on the platform, they agree to all terms of the companies that own these methods as a third party present on the Matjrah platform, as outlined in the terms of use when requesting a new website, application, or store. If any modifications or changes are made, these will be published in the new version on the application, website, or store.

Anyone who commits any violation or intentional harm to the Matjrah platform will expose themselves to a permanent ban and account cancellation on the platform.

The terms of use are subject to and governed by the applicable laws of Saudi Arabia. The judicial authority in Saudi Arabia is competent to consider any disputes and cases that may arise, God forbid.

Technical support is provided to all Matjrah platform customers and is available via live chat in the control panel and email.

The store owner agrees that Matjrah may amend these terms of use at any time by publishing the amended terms on the official website. The modifications to the terms of service are effective from the date of publication. The store owner's use of the services after the modifications are published on the official website of Matjrah constitutes acceptance of and agreement to the amended terms of use.

The store owner may not use the Matjrah platform's service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. They may not use the service in violation of any laws in their jurisdiction, including copyright laws, user agreements, and regulations with their client or Saudi Arabian laws. You will comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the service.

The store owner should understand that the content of their store (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks and changes to adapt to technical requirements of networks or connecting devices. Payment information is always encrypted during network-to-network transmission.

The store owner acknowledges and agrees that their store’s use, including the information sent to or stored by the Matjrah platform, is subject to the Matjrah Privacy Policy.

The merchant may use all features of the online store in the basic package, except activating the link with electronic payment gateways and shipping and delivery companies, as these features can only be activated after subscribing to one of the paid packages.

Matjrah reserves the full right to delete any content that violates site rights, third-party rights, or contains explicit or harmful images or any content that causes harm to any person.

Matjrah reserves the full right to modify or terminate any of its services without notifying merchants.

Matjrah has the right to offer its services to any party, even if it competes with other beneficiaries of the same services. Matjrah adheres to ethical and legal standards to avoid harming any party or refusing service to favor another and does not claim any exclusivity in any market sector. The user also agrees that Matjrah employees and contractors may be clients or merchants on the Matjrah platform and may compete with the user. However, Matjrah is not entitled to use the user's confidential information in such cases.

Any form of verbal or written abuse (including threats of abuse or retaliation) from any Matjrah customer or Matjrah employee, member, or official will result in immediate account termination.

In case of a dispute over account ownership, Matjrah reserves the right to request documentation to verify or confirm account ownership. Such documents may include, but are not limited to, a scanned copy of the user's business license, a copy of the national ID card, or the last four digits of the credit card on file, etc.

Matjrah is not liable for any harm to any platform user, such as damage resulting from platform malfunction during the purchase of services or subscription to packages available on the platform.

The merchant is solely responsible for the security of their account on our platform. We advise the merchant not to disclose their password to anyone to avoid any harm to their account on the platform.

Matjrah is not responsible for the quality of the services the merchant provides to their customers.

Matjrah does not guarantee that the service it provides will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Matjrah does not guarantee that the quality of any products, services, information, or other materials purchased or obtained from the store owner through the service will meet your expectations or that any errors in the service will be corrected.

In all cases, Matjrah is not responsible for lost profits or any direct or indirect damage to any party on the platform.

Matjrah does not claim intellectual property rights over the content you upload to Matjrah, and all content you upload is owned by you. This does not exempt you from compliance with Matjrah's terms and policies or liability in case of violation. You may delete the store at any time by requesting account deletion from customer service.

When content is uploaded to the store, the user agrees to: (A) allow other internet users to view the store content. (B) allow Matjrah to display and store your store content. (C) Matjrah reserves the right to review uploaded store content at any time to ensure its safety and compliance with conditions and policies.

The user retains ownership of all content uploaded to the store. However, when the store is public, it is considered permission for others to view the store content. The user is also responsible for applying the current regulations and laws applicable to the store's content.

Matjrah will not disclose the user's confidential information to third parties unless it is required while providing the service and with prior knowledge and consent from the user.

Matjrah's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the terms of use does not constitute a waiver of such right.

The merchant pays all fees required for their subscription to the packages available on the Matjrah platform.

The merchant must provide Matjrah with payment method details and ensure that the information is 100% accurate and that the payment method is activated.

Package fees are paid in advance. You can view the available packages and choose the one that best suits you on the packages page.

The merchant must use a valid payment method to subscribe to the packages offered by Matjrah and pay all fees required by the platform.

Paid amounts for purchasing packages on the Matjrah platform are non-refundable.

The prices for using the services are subject to change with a 30-day notice to the user.

Matjrah reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice.

Matjrah is not liable to the user or any third party for any price change, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

The merchant can renew their store subscription through the store's control panel.

The merchant can renew the selected package subscription using the payment method chosen when their current subscription period expires.

Subscription can be renewed via electronic card payment, which automatically activates the subscription.

You can cancel your subscription or stop the service provided to you by Matjrah at any time.

If the subscription period expires and the renewal fee is not paid, the store will stop operating.

The store will be granted a temporary pause period of (30 days). If the renewal is not completed before the end of the pause period, the store will be permanently deleted from the database.

The fees on the Matjrah platform are based on the service purchased, regardless of actual usage of the service, and are non-refundable.

The store owner agrees to comply with additional terms of use that apply to the services they purchase or services provided by Matjrah partners or other third parties.

Matjrah may offer the store owner third-party software, products, or services from time to time.

Any use of third-party services is the responsibility of the store owner, who is also responsible for reading and complying with the terms and privacy policies of the third-party services before use.

Matjrah makes no warranties regarding third-party services.

If the store owner installs or enables a third-party service for use with the services, they authorize Matjrah to allow the third-party service to access their data and perform any actions required to enable the third-party service.

Matjrah is not liable under any circumstances for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exceptional damages resulting from third-party services or the contractual relationship with any third-party provider.
